VIPER "GHOSTING ROOMS"

Ok, If I create a room then the bot connects, but has no commands. YES! I have everything regestered. The files are in the right places too.

But whenever I try to connect to a Group Room, or now a reg MSN Chat room. I am placed in the nether-realm. I am there so the Viper says, but I am not even in the chat world...I had no problems like this in the past. Now, I cant even get it to do the smallest function...Is this bot now too old for purpose?

Do I need to get Kenobi? If so, how the hell do I do that?

Viper works great . Just do a search and find all the right files, like sly has said before viper is one of the best bot's ever created, viper is like 10,000 lines of what i call spaghetti code (and that is alot of code). I have done many things with viper in the past before MSN went to subscription. A guy named Roman that is one of webby's friend and one of sly's friends showed me all the hidden things viper was capable of doing. In fact viper is like a script now if you can just find the right people to help you like Sly, Rowan & Webby.

I use the dominator XT and have no quams with the programming, ONly thats it's old and trying to read nics in a room is more of a pain then shoving bamboo spliners up the lil hole in yer...NM!...

If someone asks about that bot and I know the answer I'll tell them...

Anyways, TY both and I trust Ozzy since he's the creator of Kenobi! I used it once before, when the lil start up icon was almost the same as the MSN butterfly. it took all my passports and I was always a guest. I figured what I did wrong and fixed it. I should have nevr bought a new pc and forgot to save all the programs I had on the old one.

OK I dled the Kenobi, but the tutorial file goes faster then my fingers can....

I need a break and a beer..LOL...

if you look at bottom there is pause , stop , fast forward and rewind on the tutorial

I dl'ed the Kenobi, followed the tutorial, but I still can't get it to connect to MSN Chat.

I am extremely new to the Kenobi, so I am most likely the lamest rookie in here.

How can I connest to MSN Chat? Not a Group, but regular MSN.

I think Viper should still work yes, but its so long ago for me, I can't remember exactly.. you need to ask someone who still uses Viper (like Sly indeed I think)

I do not run them to do anything, I run them to keep me out of the shit.

I am around, I just dont chat much anymore on paid msn chat. I do have a Viper help group but nobody hardly uses it but I do keep it up to date as much as possible. I just fired up my Viper for the first time since Nov 1 and it connected with no problem to the group chat room. If you are around now, I am going to keep it open for a little while and you are more than welcome to stop in and visit and maybe we can get your Viper operational... Sly
