Where do I place the Nuclear file in the mIRC to make it function? I have placed in the exe but when I load my mIRC, I cannot find it.

I just need to know the place to put the file.

create a folder in your mirc folder called nuke or something, then extract the contents of the nuclear zip file into that folder. then run mirc, press alt+R to open the scripts editor. point to File/Load... and load nuclear.mrc.
