GuarDDog v. 5 and mIRC 6.17

Users, Please do not update to mIRC 6.17. It does interfere with GuarDDog coding. Please stay to the original mIRC 6.16 in GuarDDog v. 5. When i get some time, i will experiment with GuarDDog and mIRC 6.17. So people pelase DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT put mIRC 6.17 with GuarDDog v. 5 till i can give it the all clear.

Only Joking, i've experimented a bit with it, but i still find several errors in the utfdecode and utfencode, and it doesn't support the range that MSN supports, so i am not sure if it's worth the change over.

khaled's been working on mirc a lil longer than tgk's been working on guarddog so i think he's entitled to update whenever he wants
