Accesslist access speed

Hiya,

I use a bot where it takes 5secs from the moment i ask for the accesslist to the point where its loaded and ready for use and i do understand that scripts will be slower.

I have a problem i hope you can help me with, when i ask for the accesslist its taking on average 30secs, when im in it and lets say delete a entry, it takes 30secs for the list to refresh, is this normal?

Also each time im running the risk of it crashing which happens a lot to me during the list update.

Any help is appreciated.

ST4, recheck the updates, make sure DC is at 1.2.1, 1.2.0 crashes easy cause of the profile scanner getting stuck in a loop.

About the access list, it depends on the number of entries in the access list. I will try and rework the access list so that it doesn't refresh the whole list, only removes and adds to and from the list. (so yea, next update round will be next weekend ).

Im finding GD more stable recently while using accesslist but its still taking on average over 30secs to load, all that time GD is locked up, is it possible to reduce this time?

i noticed its not 30secs of downloading the table from the room, thats just a burst of a couple of seconds.

I was doing some changes to the table and found i had to do them one at a time, is it possble to allow for multiple selections at the same time and say delete 5 entries in one go?

hmm, i could work on that i guess, i would need to work out how to do multi selection, but i think it could be possible. Main reason why it refreshes the whole list is for two reasons, 1. It has a count (on the left of the dialog) for your sorting and if you remove, the count doesn't fix itself and 2. Incase there are new access list entries.

easiest way to do that might be usin a @window, but it wont be as purdy

hmm, i guess i could ditch the whole hash table access list hold, and just have it load straight into the list.
