Time Limit on Deny Entries

Hello. I have not only tried many ways to do this, but asked many people on chat to help, but they either ignore me or don't know how to do it. So I have come here hoping to find the answers. Basically all I want to do is add a time limit on some of the popups I have for banning users and their GateKeeperPassports. I need one that will deny them for 60 seconds and another that will deny them for 24 hours. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

denys are done in minutes so a 60 sec ban is 1 and a 24 hour is 1440
