HELP :(

I just changed my net browser from internet explorer to mozilla, now when i go to edit my chat room home page it will only come up with coding which means i cant change it normally were you can delete the pictures etc and have all those tools like emotcions etc, and now i cant even enter chats!, says it has network problems and i have jetstream and there is nothing wrong with the connection, this is driving me mad, can anyone help please...?

i use mozilla as default. i also use MSN browser, i had no luck with cookies useing mozilla. i tend to use MSN, but on my one computer that i have not installed MSN i tend to manualy open internet explorer and use that just for the cookies. i love mozilla but this seems like a weekness.

You DO need a patch for mozilla to work in msn chat, i forget the name of it but when you attempt to join a room it should pop up and ask you to install it anyway.

yea, i installed that msn patch that is needed to join the chat, it just wont enter as in, network failure when my nets fine and it only seems to join in IE and i dont want to go back to IE as i find mozilla more faster and no popups etc and i got this download for mozilla i got last night which makes browsing mozilla even faster and other things which is great, but come to think of it i could just get IE and use that just for the chats, also i dont have those tools to edit your page, for example, add emotcions and change your font and add pictures, i dont have those tools and it only comes up in coding, this is when u send a message on the message boards or edit a page, on msn groups... is there a download to get those tools??

Ratman try this ! go to.. C:\Program\Mozilla Firefox\plugins

look in the "Plugin" mapp and see if you have the "MsnChat45.ocx" and "MsnChat45/installation" if you have.. Delete them and join a chatt, that will get you a new ocx.file.... hope that will help you!

yea i looked there and didnt find anything on what u said, what come up when i first got the chat download was a nescape navigator chat download, man this is pissing me off, might just have to get stupid IE

ok i can enter the chats now as i found a download here, but i still dont have those tools for editing my pages, such as emoticons and fonts and grids pictures etc, all i get is coding and i cant neccessarily work with that well. Does someone know a download for them tools or anything else, much appreciated for help that is given and for any new help

Ratman i dont think ther is one of that tools.... to insert a picture for example you most use html-link kod direkt in that messages box...

Im not entirely sure what you mean, are you talking about when you post a message on an msn group forum?

If so there is no way to get the tools up.

I usualy use firefox for chat and IE for posting.
