Wild card command

I'm needing a code that when I say, for example, "`q B" it will search the room for people who's names start with B, and owner them..and also, even if there name starts with a unicoded B.

There are numerous threads for this ... search through the forums ...

i type @+q sha and my name is ىђдηє in unicode..=\

try copying the nick or part of the nick and try it.. think there is no other way

i've seen it done before like that.. =\

copy/pasting is what i'm trying to prevent doing
