In the old days of msn chat, the channel owner was the one who actualy created the room.
These days in group rooms its just anyone who is gold.
But there is another special case, some modes and options are locked in by msn.
so if your script is trying to change a mode or maybe make a brown pass in your group room you may get the message you are getting.
"you're not a channel owner" basicly means your trying to do something you dont have permission to do. Either because your not gold, or because msn is not letting you.
