you need to upload the file to a host, if you dont have one add me to mess send to me and ill upload to my host :\ if that would be easier and ill give you perm link

James there is a simple way to do it..............press shift and hit print screen, then open something like paint (start..accessories..paint)......then press ctrl and V together, that will copy the screen shot, then you can save it to wherever you want.
