Hey All,

I just got the Macros download and having some trouble with using it

So for my MSN group I have one passport that uses GuarDDog5 script (keep up the good work TGK B) ) then I have a second passport that joins the group chatroom thru MSN website. In GD5 I have turned the macros ON and under Operate For... I have currently ticked every user level. Looking at the Macros addon code (which I don't really understand) if the user level is recognized then that user can type in the room one of the triggers like: !guarddog then the macro picture is displayed to the room.

But when I type that trigger with my second passport that joins thru the website, nothing happens with the trigger. I have also noticed that I can't turn the macros OFF and I can't untick a user lever under Operate for...

I have used the menu to uninstall Macros, re-started GD5 and installed Macros again and still get the same problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

:D

Macro Options > Turn On

If that doesnt work ..

Macro Options > Turn Off > Macro Options > Turn On

Thanks X-Fusion,

I have tried that, however when i go to Macro Options > Turn On this is disabled or not available to select (it's a light greg color). Then if I go to Macro Options > Turn Off this is selectable (black color) but when I click this menu item nothing happens.

Also, am I understanding the code correctly, that a chatroom user can type any of the triggers and then the pic is displayed in the room?

ps/ I will also get this add for my home pc and try it out. I was testing it this morning from my work pc... maybe there is something screwed up here at work

Cheers

the disabled text means that it should be on. Basically, select it so that it turns off, go back to it, and select it so that it turns back on.

From there, in the room, to get the pictures to display, you need a ! infront of the words. For example, !spider would display the spider.

mine won't work niether..

mine work, but i am in paid rooms

Everywhere you go, there you are
