Kenobi help needed

I try to get into my groups one way, it says name of group not in url. I try the other way, it says gatekeeper authintication wrong/error. If anyone could help me with this a little more?? I have gotten about as far as I can without actually asking any questions anywhere, I also have tried using ShadowFX bot to get into groups and pretty much seems as though I am getting the same kind of error. Authintication error/wrong/ try again. ANY help with either of these would be appreciated.

Make sure your passport info is update and your userrole for your group.

I am going to release a fix in a couple of days so its easier to get in your groups etc

I am pretty sure the passport is updated, i followed all the help stuff!! I just can't get it why it happens on BOTH bot I try ta use ya know?!?! And thanks for replying so fast....and I will be looking for the fix to be posted!! Any body else, any other "detailed" help would be great, like I said. it's my 1st time trying this, and I think i am very close to acheiving the goal..lol

I'm having a simular problem except it say email or password is wrong, I know it's right, I even changed my password to see if that could be problem, but any bot I use say same, did msn changed that I don't know of, Not been on Line sence feburary,Just got back on Line, Any Idea's?
