how do you change the welcome bit?

hello there again lol

can anyone help

you know when you go in the room & bot say welcome to (the room name) i see this is your first visit. well how do you change it so it say welcome to (room name) you was last here on 4/6/09 at 10:30pm or something like that anyway ??

because all it keeps doin is saying that it's your first visit all the time but when i join the room it tells me when i was last in the room tho & i don't know how to do it.

hope there is some one out there who can help.

when the person comes in the room on the passport it logs it and says that its the first time they have been in the room , it logs the time date passport etc and then when they come in the room again on that passport it will say when they last came in the room

If you dont want it on turn off history in the main kenobi dialog

i do want it on but this is what i get all the time when the members come in the room:Welcome DJTart2006 i see this is your first visit to The Mad Room... thats what i get when they come in & thats everytime not just the first time.

djnaughty .. if you got to the Main Dialog and Misc and switch off history you wont get that

i do want it tho but i just want it to do the history with everyone else lol it used to but for some reason it aint doin anymore

In the Main Dialog .. have you got both History Onjoin on i.e History Onjoin [ In Room ] and History Onjoin [ Whisper ] I dont use that welcome because some of the members dont like to be reminded when they last visited my room

yeah i know that but i want it to say when you last time all the members was last in but it don't it just says

welcome to the mad room i see this is your first visit

& it don't matter how many times that member has been in the room it always says the same thing i see this is your first visit so thats what i'm looking for if anyone has got a clue why it ain't giving me the history when the members come in????

but like i have said i don't get why it does it with me but no one else lol

ok just to let you know that i've sorted it, it's working again now but only because i had to re download it lol

sorry it's took so long to get back to you ozzy been a bit busy & then when i come back on here i find out msn is closing down so i've been busy sorting out another chat room lol but it's all done now tho thank god.

getting back to what you said yeah you are prob right pmsl oh well it got sorted in the end lol.
