Try System restore to date before you Installed it In Accessories Tools

Wait for the next popup. Next time popup happens click ok to get to next popup screen then click "ctrl-alt-delete"; open Task Manager, click on "Users"; right click on Msn Content and click "go to process"; you may see the file named "MSNImport.exe"; before clicking "end process", search c:\windows for MSNImport*.*; You might find 2 files; one in the c:\windows and 1 in c:\windows\prefetch directories. Delete these 2 files and then do "end process" in Task Manager.

If this doesn't work, there is a safe mode procedure to stop it. Just get back to me on if it works.

its called msnlogm.exe

MSN Content Plus from what I've read constantly changes the names of these exe's and dll's. So try the last one I typed. If that doesn't work, then try this one. Just because you deleted the main exe, doesn't mean you deleted all the exe's the pop-up is running off. It's a classic spyware tactic.

Follow these steps:

1. Start windows in safe mode (Pressing F8 while restarting the system)(Some systems use other F keys)

2. Go to C:\WINDOWS

3. Look for these two files: msnlogm.exe and msnlogs.exe

4. Delete those files.

5. YOU ARE DONE!!!
