i've stated from the very start it's low. i'm not even sure what we disagree on anymore lol.. anyways good luck to buzzen. If i had to pick a chat clone to chat on it would be buzzen for sure.. it by far outshines all the rest of them.

Maybe they will explain more later on. There is still a month from msn chat closure. In any event, it is not like they don't have an alternative web chat to switch to. I can't give too much details, so I guess for the time being people have to take their word for it.

i would figure the alternate would be flash irc chat as the beta is hosted there. I could be wrong who knows. i was saying that as power said that it has been said already.. I still think the parallel was right on. it only stated that msn will go after people and sites. Really doesn't matter the reason.

Reason does matter as a probability of potential risk.

Not that I'm an authority on msn clones, or chat servers , but I do believe in the worst way that if there is a ocx flip that looks different than the msn ocx on nsmchat then you will see the amount of people on the server drop. Please quote me on this when the time comes.

An example: eyechat.net who used msn ocx then switched to thier own.

Yeah Chats Usa is still around but they now use flash for webchat.

ok call me thick but does it matter wat an ocx looks like if people are happy on a server that happens to change its ocx then surly regardless of how it looks wont people stay with that server...as i said i dont know jack about this its just my opnion

also to err0rs comment, I highly doubt there are any other clones that could handle as many users as Buzzen or even have the server or resources, so if BCN did close I highly doubt they'd be going to another msn clone site

8bits are one byte. 1 megabit = 128 kilobytes.

Thats abit insulting to class Phreik with... well with those other chats that are mostly (not all) just kids playing with flooders! It may be having some probs atm with the increase in traffic, but it is still buzz's closest competitor, and it is certainly not paper lol. Dont quote me on this but i believe its a IRCx & IRCd Hybrid.

Yeah, just a little FYI. Every spoken to an MSN Chat administrator? They say MSN doesn't care if the OCX is used. I think Buzzen and other clones are fine untill the OCX goes offline.

My main gripe with phreik is that it exposes ip information to anyone that opens a room.
