joins room ok but kicjs ppl who join and says cnan closed...am i doin something wrong,,,,,,,,,dunno any help on this.......ty........luke

i think its a "Kick on join" option that is switched on by mistake ..

so nothing can be done til it`s changed??........and ty 4 the info

Yeah the option has been left on to turn it off start the script and go to tools bar at the top and click on remotes.

Next go to view and hit on the file7.orion

the firs couple of lines look like this

#onjoin on
on *:JOIN:#: {
 kick # $nick Chan closed!
 access # add deny *!*@
}
#onjoin end

Change it to

#onjoin off
on *:JOIN:#: {
 kick # $nick Chan closed!
 access # add deny *!*@
}
#onjoin end

that should fix it.

Maybe there is an easier way to do this but the above works

-------edit found an easier way------

go to the main dialog that pops up when u run it or from the side bar and click on the cofigs/prots tab. Uncheck the restrict user join option and tada itss off

sorry. In the edit box just type /disable #onjoin. Or go to the Main Dialog where u can see a list of restrictions etc. Turn each one on/off in there.

Hi. About the possible virus: err0r has sent the DLL off to Norton to have it tested. If this does turn out to be a trojan virus whatever I didnt know what so ever because ive used that dll on my own system since the release of Oak 4.0.

Its cool.
