A cookie grabber that doesn't need to go into chat

Hi, as an Australian, my default chat says I can't chat.

I was wondering if anyone has a cookie grabber that would get me my MSNREGcookie info for viper.

Or does someone have some code I could use to build one???

Yep, tried that. I am assumed of course that you mean my PC's region settings.
