Right am having this trouble and havn't got a clue on how to solve it .. ?

and it is setting mode's on it's own .. ?

that is when someone joins the room.. ?

anyone got any idea's..?

when it displays the nick and then mode set, that means that that user has set the mode, not your bot. Also, when abouts are you getting that ! error. If its when you try to connect, you could have a mistake in the line, what you should do is do a search for ! and see weather or not you can spot the problem. If you can't, try a different connection, or the same connection but a different file [ updated file or a previous working one ]. If you think you've spotted the problem, post it here so we can assit you more effectively.
