Hi i am new to irc stuff. I have started a site and i want to make a messenger so that the member can chat. It should be a irc messenger which links to a irc server.

How can i own irc server for my domain. (irc.mydomain.com)

Please help me soon

Anyway, OfficeIRC offers this. Go look at it.

If you think anyone here is going to make it for free, or knows where to get one for free, you may want to look elsewhere.
