Anyone Knows This Msn-look Chat Client?

Hey everyone,

does anyone know this chat client? It has a look and feel like msn chat control, but it seems to be based on a combination of flash and javascript. It works fine in Firefox, Safari, and - of course - Internet Explorer.

Does anyone know it? Is it free? Could anyone use this client?

according to the version he did but in actuality i really don't know. Best bet would be to ask there.
