where can i get this addon my friend wont help me and cant find it
There's a few ways you can go. There's an addon somewhere around here if you look deep enough (see end of post) that lets you use emoticons in chat. It will take some editing probably. You could also go with picture windows if you don't want to use a dll. The use of drawpic and drawscroll will be your friend. There's also another way of doing it... Just use a webchat if the server has it

Both are kind of old - I have no idea if this will work for the most current version of mIRC
