New Nicklist With Icons

but as for resizing.. it uses nicklist.dll to dock so it auto re sizes as needed

ozzy found a bug with DCX and the nicklist in Vista I also replicated the bug... So DCX with the nicklist in Vista is a no-go!

Is there anything else that should be in the nicklist?

- Mass commands

- DCC stuff

- a Clone Scanner (or simply write a clone scanner on WHOIS's raw 318, like mine on the screenshot)

dcc i dont think is needed at this time and personally i never use it

mass commands arnt really needed for a basic nicklist

however i might look inot adding them later

changed the nicklist popup to allow more room for adding extras later
