How come this doesn't work right? I just want it to halt it from adding guest nicks.

(:>* iswm %nick)

Don't you want to say !iswm?

I guess no one knows how to fix it so it don't add guest nicks.

Try this...

if (!$hget($right(#,-2) $+ aop,%address)) && (!$hget(globalaop,%address)) && (%nick != $mnick) &&  (>* !iswm $nick(%nick).pnick)

I get invaild format "$nick" and line number.

Try regular expressions:

if (!$hget($right(#,-2) $+ aop,%address)) && (!$hget(globalaop,%address)) && (%nick != $mnick) && (!$regex($nick,(\076))) {

Or

Use Travis' suggestion:

if (>* iswm $nick) { return }

These two methods will work.

You are correct. I accidentally left something out. This should work...

if (!$hget($right(#,-2) $+ aop,%address)) && (!$hget(globalaop,%address)) && (%nick != $mnick) &&  (>* !iswm $nick(#,%nick).pnick)

> is not a user mode. It should be a part of the nick name. Shouldn't need .pnick.

Seriously molson .... a nickname is in the event. Does it start with a > ? If it does, /return.
