Hello Can anyone tell me to change other peoples nick on a irc server plz (IRCop)

all i know is... if its IRCd... and you have services... and raw functio is enabled... you can use something like... //msg operserv raw :operserv svsnick ner0 ner0-2 $ticks
but some services dont have raw at all... anope has a function where you can use /msg operserv svsnick ner0 ner0-2
which is much easier...

For IRCx servers usually is /fnick <oldnick> <newnick>
on ircd its
chgname <nick> <newname>
