i have a friend in chats(msn)....that can`t view other ppls profile`s,what could be her problem.....any help will be appreciated
Perhaps she isn't using a subscribed passport?

good point Absorbx_o, she comes in the msn chat rooms and i can see her profile and also she can open rooms,ill ask her about it tho.........thank you P.S. ......yup she is a msn subcriber.
i talked to my friend and she said she is a msn subcriber.......but when she trys to click on a profile it just makes a clunk sound and nothing.....but ty anyways Absorbx_o....any other help from anyone will be apreciated

If you have ya Pop Up Blocker on that will prevent you from viewing profiles. Turn off Pop Up blocker to view profiles. [.If ya have one that is.]
well i told her friend in their chat room to see if she had the pop up blocker,so she will ask her and see..thanks to all responces........ty »†ëþøx†« hope it works for her...really don`t know yet....... but ty to all
Her chat OCX file is most likely corrupted. Tell her to delete it and then re-install.
