 I found a "gif" picture that was animated and it was also 295 X 300 and when I reduced it in size to 90 X 90 I lost the animation to the picture ... is there a way of reducing the picture without losing the animation to the picture :D

No, gif files are progressive, which means the animation constantly moves. You can resize jpegs/pngs/anything-non-animated without a problem.

I think you could put them Into Image Ready which Is a part of Adobe Photoshop It will open the .gif frame by frame, select all frames, Resize and Save as .gif again or whatever format you'd like.

tell me what image and i will do it for you

i have animation shop and you can import into that and the resize every frame in one go

My code does NOT have bugs. It just develops random features.
