My code does NOT have bugs. It just develops random features.
Lil snippet for Nth character
alias getchar {
if (- !isin $2) { return $right($left($1,$2),1) }
else {
var %n = $gettok($2,1,45) + 1, %r = $right($left($1,$gettok($2,1,45)),1)
while (%n <= $gettok($2,2,45)) { var %r = %r $+ $right($left($1,%n),1) | inc %n }
return %r
}
}
Use: $getchar(string,N)
Eg:
$getchar(abcdefghijk,4) = d
$getchar(abcdefghijk,4-7) = defg
Put this into notepad then save it (using all files) as a .vbs file
It just shows you your stored (registry) key in a popup. Don't know if anyone will have a use for it but I found it buried in amongst my folders ![]()

Dim ws, boxtitle, regkey1, vbCR, boxtext, MyBox, pass, label
vbCR = Chr(13)
Set ws = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
boxtitle = "Key Grabber"
regkey1 = "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSNChat\4.0\"
pass = ws.RegRead(regkey1 & "UserData1")
label = "MSN Chat Host key"
boxtext = "Your " & label & " is:" & vbCR & vbCR
MyBox = MsgBox(boxtext & pass, 4160, boxtitle)
/m.ids {
var %x = 0
if ($1- = $null) {
echo -a No Ext_Parameter was specified
echo -a Please specify [+e,+w]
halt
}
set %stopat $$?="Stop at id number?"
while (%x < %stopat) {
inc %x
if ($1- = +e) {
write -anl1 IdList.txt %x $+ ,
.timer0 1 4 window -ke @Ids | .timer02 1 6 filter -fpw IdList.txt @Ids
.timer03 1 8 .remove $shortfn($scriptdirIdList.txt)
}
if ($1- = +w) { write -anl1 IdList.txt %x $+ , }
}
return
}
Just a little alias i found useful..... Made it myself
USAGE:
/m.ids +e
echoes a list of ids in format 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc.......
/m.ids +w
writes a list of ids to a text file in same format as above.
Don't know how useful it is, but it's here.
