Which ones have you tried that have been a disapointment? Im in the market for a decent webhost myself!

 

Ones i've been looking into is hostmonster, bluehost, dreamhost, fatcow and a few others i cant remember right now.

i am with www.one.com

 

never have any problems

 

never had any downtime that i have noticed

 

cheap as chips too

Iam with 1&1 been with them for yrs no issues really and i have a few domains on my host server. any issues they are quick! but thats my experince

I wouldn't call my host really cheap but I think their prices are very reasonable. I've been with site5 for awhile now and can't complain.

well when you go to 1and1 you get a wonderfull show of there hosting

hey hey now :o I didnt say they were the best but i have used them for 5 to 6yrs and no issues on my part, But like i said thats me ..different for others and if you go to other sites some will get the same feed back ..everyone has there own prefference. So ner u old git LOL

lol i liked 1and1 because of the domain deals :P but they were pretty stable to me as well. very few issues at some times but other than thats they are alright. there is a host though i thought was strange because of the use of something called "Webtop" and thats Ucoz they do offer free hosting but only 300mbs unless you upgrade for like 2-3$ i think i havent logged into the control panel in awhile lol.

I'm with Lunar Pages and I've found it's pretty decent, both in service and in price.

I don't get paid to know the answer, therefore I'm far more likely to give you a straight and honest answer.

Lunarpages has cPanel.

Well i just got done w/ another host which was down and servers are LAGGY! do NOT use justhost.com its horrible :|

they were first in ALOT of the top 10's thats why i chose them, i could go to the cpanel and go to server info tab at bottom left and it would show the hazard sign by server load. and that was 90% of the time. on a completely blank install of wordpress it was sooooooooo slow it was horrid.
