Show/Hide/Hammer

Can this be done or would it take to much coding. Give the participant the hammer where they are placed in the nicklist instead of moving them up under the owners and hide it where the other chatters cant see it. But yet that user/Host can still Kick/Ban. Example Below.

it is possible, but it is alot of coding, and it would mean that my whole nicklist would need to be changed for it. Basically my nicklist just follows what the nicklist that mIRC is given. With the exception of the removal of your own nickname. So yea, its not really possible unless i play with it for a real long time, and at this point in time, i don't have the time to because i got school certificate and yearly exams coming up.
