I haven't heard or seen it before, but, is there a way to connect a mIRC to a Dedicated PHP written chat room for a website?

you would need irc(*) in order to use mIRC properly. It is an IRC chat client.

I relize mIRC it based for IRC Chat. Seeing people have integrated for other chat networks I was just curious about a PHP based chat.

I didn't think it was possible. That you for the reply error.
