New Irc Client Development

New development project:

User list entry "JOIN" and "PART" ready.

Accommodation of users, according to the range in the user list ready

Command "kick" ready.

Developing comand +q, +o, -q, -o, and the change of position in the list.

This client will use for my chat site, but will remain on sale

looks good so far!

thanks error, I'm focused on finishing first all internal programming, and then give it a good design of responsive mode,

any suggestion or criticism is welcome

my only input would be design.. but i'm sure that is still a work in progress..

in PHP + AJAX, using Jquery.
