Work still continues. Lost a little time due to connection issues but i'm back on the job.

Working on having a normal mirc theme that closely resembles the emots one

First is chat with emots

Second is mirc theme without emots

due to some computer problems lately I had halted work on my webchat script for ircd. I have picked back up where i left off. Anyone interested in helping to test it please let me know.

I would really love to test this, Never really get to test or beta out.
