e-mails

i need help or suggestios for a friend , her e-mail is senting out meassages to ppl she doesn`t know auto........she says a little box appears and says scanning messages...and then sents them off? any help will appreciated........and it is doin all this i just found out from her.........sending emails ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,pages come up can't be displayed, kicks me from rooms and sometimes kicks me from dsl

get her to scan her pc for spyware, trojans, adware etc....

Your HOSTS file may be corrupted. If the problem persists, reply, and I'll post the instructions for uncorrupting your HOSTS file.
