I understand you are having difficulty in entering Group chat room and I
apologize for any inconvenience this may caused.
Your concern is caused by a lot of factors. As such, solutions vary. I have here
the most commonly known solutions for your reference.
First, it must be because certain sites you are visiting are read from the
computer’s cache instead of directly from the sites’ servers. I suggest you
clear your cache then delete cookies to maintain your browser’s performance.
If you are using Internet Explorer, please do the steps I detailed below to
resolve your concern. Should you be using other Internet browser, please contact
the browser’s manufacturer to get details on how to clear cache and delete
cookies.
1. Launch Internet Explorer.
2. Click “Tools (If you are using I.E. 5 or higher) or click “View (If
you are using I.E. 4).
3. Click “Internet Options. “Internet Options box appears.
4. Go to “General tab.
5. Click “Delete Cookies. A “Delete Cookies box appears.
6. Click “Ok to confirm deletion.
7. Click “Delete Files. A “Delete Files box appears.
8. Put a check mark on the box beside “Delete all offline content.
9. Click “Ok to confirm deletion.
10. Click “Settings.
11. Check either "Every visit to the page" or "Every time you start Internet
Explorer".
12. Click “Ok.
13. Click “Ok to close the “Internet Options box.
Second known solution is to remove and to reinstall the MSN Chat Control
