$sockname wont work cos it's not in a sock event, $sockname is a sock event identifier, msn.server.* wont work cos it's not specific you wont have a socket named msn.server.*, the connection id get's put in place of the *

so maybe try msn.server. $+ $cid

The -n switch appends a $crlf to the line being sent if it's not a &binvar and if it doesn't already have a $crlf.

u can get Vincula NGen 1.6.4 on techgear and mIRC 6.16 on www.mIRC.com

u have to load vincula into mirc and to register Msnchatx.ocx

to register it : start, run, RegSvr32 "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSNChatX.ocx"

Actually, Vincula should automatically register the ocx. If not, just use the command, /msn.resetocx.
