well yall are still in the MSN and IRCx world when you deal w/ scripters on any IRCd network and they find duplicate coding in a large amount, its considered ripping. (credited or not)

nick decode? in 6.17 :\ i know 6.17 disables $decode by default and havent heard of a nick decode in it and i read the change log.
