in mIRC, type /help if then else it would bring up a help file, there is loads of information there about it.
check the help file under these two on ctcp /ctcpreply that is all i will say.

in popups # is not given from memory. You should change it to $chan, you should do as angelia said with the addresses, and no the bans are done in minutes, not seconds.

no, there is really no real protections that are out that will work sufficiently enough to do it, i have done a pretty big code in GD5 which can handle it a bit better in longer rooms, but it requires to much coding to work it.
you shouldn't have both of them together, you should only add 1 of the two, and if it doesn't work, then try the other one.

no it isn't within a dialog. It's using a DLL called nicklust3, which allows that capability. If it is a dialog, there is no mIRC code which is loaded, it's all in the DLL.

don't use ultradock, it isn't to good. Use hos.dll, it should be available in TG's dll section.
